Instructions
Place cottage cheese in a high-speed blender or food processor.
Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed.
Transfer the blended mixture to a saucepan over medium-low heat.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
Stir continuously as the queso thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
If using shredded cheddar, stir it in until melted.
Adjust thickness by adding more milk as needed.
Remove from heat and serve warm with chips, tacos, or veggies.
Notes
For extra spice, add diced jalapeƱos or a dash of hot sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat with a splash of milk.
